TioPro is free software for Windows which allows you to organise competitive Super Smash Bros. tournaments.
TioPro was created by a competitive Super Smash Bros. player and has been used for many years by Australian Super Smash Bros. tournament organisers to organise competitive Super Smash Bros. tournaments.
Users can create double elimination, single elimination or round robin tournament brackets for any eSport they choose. TioPro allows you to save tournament results as .tio files which can be uploaded to QLD Smash as well as to the Smashboards rankings section.
To submit a .tio file to QLD Smash, use the Contribute Result form.
Anybody can use TioPro to run a Super Smash Bros. tournament and submit it to QLD Smash. Submitting tournament results does not require an account with QLD Smash, however you will be required to supply an email address so that QLD Smash can contact you if we have difficulty processing your tournament results. QLD Smash will not spam your email address or sell the information to a third party.
QLD Smash is designed to make it as easy as possible to submit Super Smash Bros. data to the website, so there is no reason why your latest Australian Super Smash Bros. tournament results can't be submitted to QLD Smash today!
TioPro's eSports plugin allows tournament organisers to attach character data to both tournament results and matches, all which can be read by QLD Smash.
Even seasoned TOs may be unfamiliar with some of the recently added features of TioPro such as the ability to record character data. TioPro's eSports plugin allows tournament organisers to attach character data to both tournament results and matches, all which can be read by QLD Smash.
To record character data, first update your version of TioPro by going Tools > Check for updates. Once you've installed the plugin restart TioPro. Then to record the overall result for a player in a bracket click on the player in the bracket and select Edit player. At the bottom you will be able to select the characters the player has used through the tournament. You can also record the character information for a single match by clicking on the character icon in a bracket and selecting the character from there.
